The Story Behind JA Electric

For Jaime Arias, becoming an electrical contractor was more than a career goal—it was the result of years of hard work, sacrifice, and a desire to build something meaningful for his family.

Jaime began his journey in the electrical industry working alongside his brother. Those early years introduced him to the trade and taught him the importance of hard work, dependability, and taking pride in every job. Wanting to expand his experience, Jaime joined another electrical company, where he learned how to wire new homes from the ground up. Working on tract-home projects strengthened his technical skills and taught him how to work efficiently without compromising quality.

With new knowledge and greater confidence, Jaime returned to work with his brother and contributed an expanded skill set to their projects. A few years later, he took another important step in his career by joining a company where he gained extensive experience with electrical panels, system upgrades, and more complex electrical work.

Each opportunity brought new challenges, but every challenge helped shape Jaime into the electrician and business owner he is today.

Eventually, Jaime decided it was time to take the biggest leap of his career: earning his electrical contractor’s license and starting a company of his own. Preparing for the licensing exam required long hours of studying, determination, and many sacrifices along the way. Motivated by his passion for the trade—and supported by his family and the people who believed in him—Jaime stayed committed and successfully earned his license.

Today, Jaime brings that same dedication to JA Electric. His company was built on a simple promise: provide honest service, dependable workmanship, and careful attention to every detail. Whether he is completing a residential project, working on a commercial property, or helping a customer solve a difficult electrical problem, Jaime approaches every job as an opportunity to earn trust and deliver work he can be proud of.



Outside of work, Jaime is a devoted husband and proud father of two amazing children. His family remains his greatest source of motivation and the reason he continues working to build a company rooted in integrity, quality, and lasting relationships.
